Craft of Shadows ltd. Shipping Policy

1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy governs the shipping terms and conditions for the online store at craftofshadows.eu (the "Service") operated by Craft of Shadows ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us", "we", or "our").

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase through our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Shipping Policy. If you disagree with any part of the policy, then you may not access the Service.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship our products internationally. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any duties, import taxes, or hold-ups at customs that may apply to your order.


We offer international shipping of our products to the following destinations:

Europe (including the Republic of Türkiye)

United States of America

Canada

Australia

New Zealand

Mexico

Argentina


Due to the regulations of our shipping provider, we do not ship to the following countries:

Russian Federation

Ukraine

Belarus

Kosovo

 

Depending on the regulations of the country of residence, you may be asked to pay customs duties and taxes on your order. Craft of Shadows ltd. is not responsible for any additional fees or costs that the customer may encounter due to specific import regulations in the country in which the customer is located.

We are required by law to list the full retail value of items ordered and we cannot send a package as a gift. Sometimes customs agents may open, inspect or delay the delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

 

3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are subject to change and are displayed at checkout. If your purchase is eligible for free shipping, it will be displayed as an option at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. 

It takes between 3-5 days for us to package and process your order. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability or pre-orders, which will then be indicated on the product page.

Regular orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the day they are placed. This period may vary due to national holidays or unforeseen events.

Orders in Europe usually take 5-10 Working Days to be delivered. However, some countries might have a longer shipping period of 10-30 Working Days.

Overseas orders (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) may take 8-21 Working Days to be delivered. 

Orders to Mexico and Argentina usually take 10-30 Working Days to be delivered.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues or circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Preorder Items

Items labelled as "preorder" have special shipping terms. The shipping of these items will occur within the specified time frame indicated on the product/sales pages and on the shipping options displayed at checkout. Shipping times for preorder items may be as long as 2-4 months.

We will provide updates within 3 business days when contacted over email for a shipping status on preorder items.

 

5. Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For some destinations, however, there might be no tracking ID or information available. Sometimes the tracking number for shipments to Australia and New Zealand is not activated, so we send all orders to these destinations with a signature on delivery service. (Someone at the recipient's address must sign for the delivery.)

If you have any questions or need updates regarding your shipment, please contact us over email with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please use the email from your order because we cannot provide any information to external emails.

 

6. Additional Points:

  • Craft of Shadows ltd. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error. As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to enter your shipping information correctly when placing an order.
  • Craft of Shadows ltd. is not responsible for any stolen package.
  • Craft of Shadows ltd. is not responsible for a package that says "delivered".
  • Craft of Shadows ltd. is not responsible for a package damaged in transit. However, please contact us at magic@craftofshadows.eu and provide photos if this is the case.
  • Craft of Shadows ltd. has no further information or control over what you see in the tracking information. Please contact us only if the package is lost in transit.
  • As a customer, it is your sole responsibility to be able to attend the delivery of your item. If an item is reshipped to us because the recipient was unable to attend delivery, we will be happy to ship it back to you once the item first arrives with us, and you (the customer) are responsible for paying the shipping costs. per package, as well as a restocking fee of 10% of the order value if you wish to have your item returned to you.
