Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make sure you choose carefully when placing an order. We are a small business and in order to give every customer the best experience and to work as quickly as possible, once an order is received, the information is automatically passed to fulfillment immediately, so we may not be able to change your address or personal information you provided when you placed your order.

Craft of Shadows ltd. does not collect taxes on international orders. This means that customers are responsible for covering any duties/import taxes that must be paid in their country. If an order is returned to us or destroyed due to failure or refusal to pay customs duties, you will not receive a refund.

As our products come factory sealed to provide each customer with a brand new product, we cannot accept returns, meaning all sales are final. However, if there is a problem with your order, please email us at magic@craftofshadows.eu and we will try to find a solution for you. We strive to keep all our customers happy and satisfied.


PRE-ORDERED ITEMS REFUND POLICY: If you have ordered an item that is specifically identified as a Pre-order (included in the item’s title, product page description and shipping method) - you consent to the longer shipping times, associated with the preorder terms. If you don’t receive your product in the specified delivery period or in a period longer than 4 months, you are eligible for a refund. To receive a refund for such cases, please contact us at magic@craftofshadows.eu - we will check the order within 3 business days, and initiate a refund (via the payment method you initially used) if all the listed conditions in this policy are met.
